I am the change I want to see in others.
I am the change I want to see in others.
Each day I work to offer positive change to others. When I am upbeat and happy, others see the value of that mindset. It’s easy to be happy!
There’s so much to be thankful for and I find joy everywhere I look. As I become more positive, others follow my lead.
To encourage others to change, I show them the value of my own transformation. The more I show them my inner beauty and happiness, the more they want what I have. As I transform myself, others around me want to improve too. Through intentional growth, I can improve the world, one person at a time.
Self-improvement is important to me. As I grow, I see more of the good in others. Every change I make brings me closer to the person I truly want to be. I enjoy finding new ways to do things better. Each day, I focus on being the best “me” I can be. If I have a setback, I regroup and try again because discouragement has no place in my life.
I understand that everyone makes mistakes. I avoid getting frustrated if I fail to do something just right. As long as I am growing, I am happy, even if my changes are small. Seeing my good works affect the lives of others brings me great joy.
Today, I am the positive change I want to see in others.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What can I do to bring more positive change into my life?
2. How can I persuade others to change by becoming more positive?
3. Is there more I can do to bring beneficial growth into the lives of other people?

Release Distracting Thoughts
I release distracting thoughts from my mind.
In order to reach my full measure of productivity, I disallow distracting thoughts from my mind. Thoughts may come and go, but I choose to nurture only positive thoughts that help me be most productive. I simply allow distracting thoughts to pass through my mind, unattended.
I choose to fill my mind with positive thoughts. I have let go of the idea that life should be easy, so I view challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles. I do not feed passing thoughts that tell me I am unable to achieve my goals. Instead I focus my thoughts on finding ways to do the unimaginable, despite the circumstances or barriers.
I optimize my productivity by having a time for tending to each part of my life. If a thought pertains to something other than the task at hand, I simply let it go.
If I am truly concerned that I will forget something important, I can take a moment to write it down in an agenda, then I will immediately return my attention to the task at hand. By releasing these distracting thought, I can enhance my own productivity.
Questions of Reflection:
1. Do I allow negative thoughts to grow by feeding them my attention?
2. Do I view challenges as evidence of my own inadequacy? Or do I view them as stepping-stones to something better?
3. Do I have a place to write down important thoughts so I can release them while I work?

I Enjoy My Time With Family
I enjoy my time with family.
My family is a precious gift. I feel so blessed that my Creator filled my life with such incredible people.
The time I have with my family is invaluable. I cherish my family relationships — my parents who gave me a loving home, my siblings who make me feel special, my children who allow me to see the best in myself, and my spouse who loves and supports me.
Carving out family time is important because spending time with my family fills me with happiness. I look forward to sharing time with the people who mean the most to me. After all, the purpose of my work is to find fulfillment in life, while providing for my family.
I also take time to nurture all of my family relationships. Keeping these connections nurtures my soul. When I call a family member who lives far away, take the time to have an important conversation with my child, eat a meal with my relatives, or arrange an activity that allows us all to bond — I strengthen my family connections.
Because I have strong family bonds, I am never alone. When I am with my family, I am surrounded by love. My family wants the best for me and is always there to listen to me.
My family brings laughter and love into my life. They provide me with a strong network that keeps me safe and grounded.
Spending time with my family is truly a blessing.
Questions of Reflection:
1. Do I nurture each family relationship with the same energy?
2. How do my family relationships nurture my soul?
3. How can I carve out more time to spend with my family?
