I Can Neutralize Bad Habits

I can neutralize bad habits with good food, exercise, and healthy living.

I have access to a vast library of knowledge about life, and with this knowledge I can neutralize bad habits with good food, exercise, and healthy living. It may take courage to make a positive lifestyle change, but I am fully confident that I will see great success in my life.

I no longer want to live in fear of habitual distaste. I want to enjoy my life now and in the years to come. The only way to do this is to make positive choices. I want to live a long and full life.

The world is addicted to things that are not good for them. It may seem as though no one cares for the consequences, but I am not among that number. I am choosing change.

I hold no reservations about my decision because I know it will only make me stronger, healthy and better. It is time to stop the bad habits and replace them with strong, positives ones.

I want to set an example for others. I want to be accountable for the actions that count. I aim to be the person who speaks out against bad habits and addictions and I long to see others follow in my footsteps.

For too long, we have been a nation that looks for the quick way out. I won’t join in the long line of fast food or addition, but instead, I choose to continue to embrace my new life.

I have no regrets for the decision I have made. Rather, it has given me a renewed outlook on life that I so very much deserve.

I Accept People

I accept people as they are.

Experiencing the diversity of life invigorates me. The world is a more interesting place because people offer such a wonderful assortment of personalities and perspectives.

I don’t expect people to be a mirror image of me because of the wonderful variety the world has to offer. Since I know I don’t have to agree with everyone or be close friends with each person I meet, this knowledge allows me to enjoy people for who they are.

Learning to understand the value of diversity is important to me. Looking at how I am different from others helps me realize how unique and special I am. I also like to discover the extraordinary talents and abilities of others.

I am proud of my open and accepting behavior. Being open has brought so much goodness into my life.

My life is enriched by diversity. I value new relationships and accept people as they are.

Nurturing new relationships gives me perspective and appreciation for the views of others. I can learn from people who have had experiences that are different from my own. They can teach me valuable lessons that I have not learned from my own life experiences.

Because I want people to fully accept me for who I am, I show others that same respect. I allow people to be proud of the uniqueness they bring to the world. The world is a much more exciting place because we are all so different.

Enjoying the variety of the world brings me true happiness. I relish the differences my Creator so wisely brought into the world and I am so thankful to be part of this incredible diversity.

Helping Others

Helping others helps me manage my stress.

Showing others compassion is a beautiful gift.   Finding ways to help others manage their stress is a way of showing my love.

I find comfort in seeing happiness radiate from others.  If I can find a way to help another person manage their problems or overcome their difficulties, then I will take action.  Finding ways to soothe their worries and remove pressure from their lives is a worthwhile use of my time.

I have been given many wonderful gifts and talents.  Finding ways to share my fortune with others is important. I am so grateful that I am in a position to help other people.

When I help others, I feel like I am doing my part to make the world a better place. By channeling my energy into providing my support, I lessen the stress in my own life.

Some people may find it hard to accept help or acknowledge the kindness of others, but that is okay. I lend a hand because it is the right thing to do and that is the only reward I need.

Seeing others relax removes stress from my life.  It is like taking a deep breath and finding the world a calmer place.  I know that if I can remove stress from other people’s lives that I am also capable of bringing calm into my own life.

Because I am a kind and loving person, helping others is in my nature. I am so lucky that I have received so many blessings in my life, and I look for ways to share my gifts.  Giving back to others makes me feel calm and happy.
